Exclusive to Concord Surgical! The Status plate was designed by a board-certified veterinary surgeon to fill the need for a universal, all-locking, TPLO plate. The Status Universal Plate is designed to be used for the larger than 90 lb dogs for TPLO surgery. The heavy plate is providing extra stability right where you need it. This stronger plate is outfitted with limited contact back to improve periosteal circulation. All locking holes significantly reduce the possibility of screws loosening post-surgery and greatly reduces the possibility of costly repairs. The Status Plate uses standard Swiss-style locking cortical screws, however, standard cortical screws can be used, but best results are achieved using locking screws.
