Return Policy

Concord Surgical accept returns within 30 days of purchase, with the following guidelines:

- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging 

- Do not autoclave instruments you intend on returning

- Store credit only

- Please ensure you check all product for missing product or damage-in-transit

- Items that are returned used and/or damaged do not qualify for returns

-Clients must bear the transportation costs of returns unless the return is the result of a shipping error where Concord is at fault
